At QUAY, we believe that the best compliment is a referral. We’ve created a simple and rewarding Referral Program for our valued clients and partners in San Diego. Whether it’s a friend, family member, business colleague, or client who’s planning a commercial, hospitality, or residential renovation, we’d love to help.
How It Works
01 Refer A Friend
Send us the name and contact info of someone interested in a renovation. This can be a homeowner, property manager, business owner, hotel manager, or investor.
02 Connection
We’ll reach out and offer them a free consultation to discuss their renovation goals.
03 Reward
If your referral signs a contract with QUAY, you’ll receive a referral bonus as our thank you.
Who Can You Refer?
QUAY Referral Rewards Program is perfect if you know someone planning:
A condo or home renovation
- A commercial office upgrade
A medical or dental office renovation
A retail store renovation
- A restaurant or café remodel
- A hotel renovation
We welcome referrals from past clients, realtors, interior designers, property managers, and local businesses.

QUAY Referral Rewards Rules
Program Guidelines
Eligibility
Anyone can refer: clients, designers, contractors, realtors, friends, family, or business contacts.
You do not need to be a past client to participate.
How to Qualify
A referral is considered qualified when they sign a contract with QUAY with a minimum project value of $25,000.
Rewards will vary based on the size and scope of the signed project.
Reward Structure
Projects between $25,000–$49,999: $500 reward
Projects between $50,000–$99,999: $750 reward
Projects $100,000+: $1,000+ reward (custom amount based on project size)
Rewards are issued as e-transfers, gift cards, or business credits—your choice.
When Rewards Are Paid
Referral rewards are paid within 30 days of the referred project’s deposit being received and contract signed.
No reward is issued for leads that do not convert to signed projects.
Referral Submission
Referrals must be submitted before or at the time the referred person contacts QUAY.
If multiple people refer the same lead, the first person to submit the referral will receive the reward.
No Limit
You can refer as many people as you’d like. There is no cap on the number of referral rewards you can earn.
Transparency & Fairness
- Referred contacts must be new clients to QUAY (not already in our system or in discussions).
- QUAY reserves the right to update or discontinue the referral program at any time.
